Paradiski Snow Report & Weather Forecast 14.12.15

By JP of Aim Ski School

Quiet slopes and good snow! There are a few university groups around but generally for the opening week the slopes are quiet.  In the Arc 2000 sector the snow is excellent on piste, even for novice skiers, and there are even pockets of good snow off piste although the cover remains thin.  In Arc 1800 the snow cover is good on the open pistes. The Dahu lift between Arc 1800 and Edenarc / Chantal remains closed until later this week.  Arc 1600 is mainly artificial snow cover so hard but grippy and with sharp ski edges and solid technique a lot of fun can be had.

The forecast now points to Tuesday night / Wednesday morning for snowfall. It would be great to refresh the slopes before the crowds arrive for Christmas so fingers crossed!
